Among the tasks of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department are the diagnosis and treatment of:

  • Cases of delayed pregnancy and infertility.
  • Follow-up of pregnancy, normal delivery and cesarean section (with the availability of spinal, Epidural and TAB Block (PCA).
  • Critical pregnancy monitoring and delivery (2D Doppler sonar available).
  • Cervical disease cases with cervical sampling (Papsmar).
  • Cervical examination (Colops copy) for diagnosis.
  • Hysterectomy and Fibroidectomy.
  • Cases of ovarian tumors and advanced abdominal exploration .
  • - Cases of vaginal hysterectomy.
  • Perineal repair and anterior and posterior vaginal prolapsecases.
  • Diagnostic and therapeutic laparoscopy.
  • Family Planning counseling Clinic .
