ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

The Public Relations Department is keen on the permanent and continuous development of the relationship between the Medical Complex of the Armed Forces in Alexandria and its military and civilian visitors. The Information Department is also keen to provide continuous support to all visitors, military and civilian, by responding to their inquiries 24 hours with regard to all services provided within the complex and working to solve all problems facing them

SERVICES

First : Public Relations

  • Responding to inquiries from patients and visitors.
  • Receiving and accompanying foreign experts and doctors announcing their presence on the specified dates.
  • Receiving and accompanying delegations.
  • Organizing medical conferences at the medical complex. .
  • Facilitating entry procedures for military and civilians in outpatient clinics and emergency hospital.
  • Receiving complaints of all kinds, checking them, presenting them to decision-makers, and taking proper action accordingly.
  • Receive and study proposals and work to implement them..
  • Visiting all hospitalized cases of military and civilian, informing them of the rights and responsibilities of the patient, and confirming the precious property policy and the methods of submitting complaints. .
  • Randomly call discharged cases to check on them and ask them about the standard of service.
  • Opening complaint boxes, checking them and working to resolve them.

Second : Information

  • Receiving patients and visitors.
  • Responding to inquiries from patients and visitors.
  • Communicating with doctors and inquiring about cases of patient that are hospitalized inside the medical complex.
  • Finalizing and completing the procedures for the discharge of military and civilian patients from the medical complex.
