The department treats oncology patients (civilian and military) under the supervision of doctors and consultants of the Armed Forces, in addition to a group of the best professors of oncology treatment at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Alexandria as the radio therapy department provided with known techniques of three-dimensional and variable intensity and radiation arc therapy (3D, IMRT, VMAT) using the latest radiotherapy devices
